Hot Stone Massage
The heat from the stones warms and relaxes the muscles, which allows the therapist to work deep within the muscles during your full body oil massage, and the warmth of the hot stones improves circulation and calms the nervous system. This produces a deep state of relaxation and mental and physical healing.
Ylang ylang, palmarosa and chamomile essential oils are often used during hot stone massages to foster relaxation and to promote sleep.

Remedial Massage
Remedial massage is ideal for targeted healing and aims to treat localised aches and pain, injury management or other muscular issues that have developed over time.
Pressure varies from light touch through to firm, deep-tissue massage, usually with a combination of both used throughout the treatment.
Please note that remedial massage needs to be booked as a single treatment, it cannot be in packages.

Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy massage is a great way to manage the physical changes your body experiences during all stages of pregnancy. It is a safe and therapeutic way to assist with alleviating muscular aches and pains, your body experiences.
We do not use essential oil for pregnancy massage.
We do not recommend pregnancy massage in the 1st trimester. Please wait until you are over 13 weeks of pregnancy.

Foot Reflexology
This is an ancient Chinese natural healing art using a method of foot massage, applying pressure to reflex zones on the soles of the feet.
The theory behind reflexology is that areas of the foot correspond to organs and systems of the body. Pressure applied to the foot is believed to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body.
A foot treatment at Seasons Spa will start with a foot bath in Epsom salts and essential oil-laden warm water, followed by a foot scrub then massage.

Infrared Sauna
Unlike traditional saunas, our Infrared Sauna is a dry sauna. It keeps dry by using invisible infrared light, to relax and detoxify your body.
Our Infrared Saunas use 'FAR' infrared lighting and heating. This penetrates deep within your tissue and muscles. Because the heat is different to most saunas it makes it easier for you to both breathe and enjoy the experience. By penetrating deep into your body, your core temperature rises slowly. This allows your body to gently detoxify, while those unwanted toxins are removed from your system.
